Attending a workshop, particularly a week long workshop in the heart of Africa, is a big commitment. But it’s a wonderful way to raise your art to a whole new level – and experience the amazing wildlife of Africa at close quarters.
I’m always amazed at what can be achieved when you bring a like-minded group of enthusiasts together and give them a week to completely immerse themselves in the experience of observing, recording and modelling the animals they see. This year’s group was no different. They were full of energy and enthusiasm and produced a wonderful body of work to take home with them. It really does add a whole new dimension to the unforgettable experience of an African safari in one of Zambia’s top national parks.
It’s not always easy to convey this kind of experience in words, so I’ve put together this short video to give you a feel for the 2015 Zambia Art Safari trip.
If you like what you see, and you’re interested in joining me in Zambia in 2016, you’ll find full details and booking information here. Alternatively, you can contact me direct and I’ll answer any questions you may have.
